Deer Park, NY LI Deer Park Realty, LLC has purchased a 24,500 s/f building located at 25 West Jefryn Blvd. Lee Rosner, CCIM, SIOR, managing principal of Coldwell Banker Commercial Island Corporate Services represented the seller, New England Village, LLC / Sound Capital, LLC. Linda Wong of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. represented the purchaser. The sale price was $3 million.
Built in 1984, the single-story industrial building features a drive-in door and 14’ ceiling heights.
