Rosenberg & Estis promotes eight attorneys

Manhattan, NY Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. promoted eight attorneys across the firm’s litigation, transactional, and administrative law practices, effective June 1, 2026.

The firm promoted Ariel Bresky, Matthew Eiben, Joseph Kammerman, and David Rosenberg to income member, and David Goldfischer, Matthew LoBello, John Muldoon, and Sophie Wang to counsel.

Each of the promoted attorneys has played an important role in advancing the firm’s real estate services and complex litigation capabilities while contributing to the collaborative culture that continues to drive Rosenberg & Estis’ long-term success. 

Bresky joined Rosenberg & Estis in 2023 as an associate within the firm’s litigation department and was promoted to counsel in 2025. He maintains a practice spanning commercial, business, and real estate matters for a diverse clientele. He represents clients in complex commercial litigation and a wide range of business, real estate, and landlord-tenant disputes, while also serving as outside general counsel to cooperatives, condominiums, private membership organizations, civic associations, and other organizations on governance, operational, and transactional matters. He is now promoted from counsel to income member.

Eiben joined Rosenberg & Estis in 2022 as counsel within the firm’s litigation department. His practice concentrates on representing cooperative and condominium boards, landlords, developers, and property managers in complex residential and commercial real estate litigation and construction disputes. He also regularly acts as general counsel to cooperative and condominium boards, advising on issues including corporate governance, shareholder disputes, amending governing documents, fiduciary obligations, and neighboring license disputes. He is now promoted from counsel to income member.

Kammerman joined Rosenberg & Estis in 2025 as counsel within the firm’s litigation department and is part of the firm’s complex commercial and white-collar litigation practice. He represents clients in a variety of complex business disputes, including contract litigation, securities litigation, partnership conflicts, and real estate matters. He is now promoted from counsel to income member.

Rosenberg joined Rosenberg & Estis in 2023 as counsel within the firm’s transactions department and leads the firm’s land use and zoning practice. He is one of the city’s go-to problem-solvers for complex and unusual land use problems. He works with leading developers, brokers, nonprofits, and religious organizations, advising them on everything from rezonings and securing complex building approvals to navigating the rapidly changing regulatory and political landscape. He is now promoted from counsel to income member.

Goldfischer joined Rosenberg & Estis in 2023 as an associate within the firm’s administrative law department. He advises property owners and developers in obtaining property tax exemptions and abatements under tax incentive programs, and counsels prospective purchasers, sellers, investors, and lenders in performing extensive due diligence on properties – both new construction and repurposing – subject to rent regulation and compliance with affordability requirements. He also represents property owners in a wide variety of litigation matters and tenant complaints, including DHCR and Article 78 proceedings, TPU audits, petitions for administrative review, Supreme Court actions and landlord-tenant summary proceedings. He is now promoted from associate to counsel.

LoBello joined Rosenberg & Estis in 2021 as an associate within the firm’s transactions department. He advises developers, private equity sponsors, institutional investors, and family offices, with a practice focused on complex real estate financing transactions across all asset classes. He frequently advises on hybrid debt-equity structures, co-lender arrangements, and capital stack solutions tailored to dynamic market conditions. He is now promoted from associate to counsel.

Muldoon joined Rosenberg & Estis in 2023 as an associate within the firm’s litigation department. His practice includes all phases of civil litigation, including cases on behalf of corporations and individuals involving breach of contract, commercial and residential mortgage foreclosure actions, construction litigation, and a wide array of real estate-related litigation. His practice also includes appellate litigation. He is now promoted from associate to counsel.

Wang joined Rosenberg & Estis in 2025 as an associate within the firm’s litigation department. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, construction disputes, real estate litigation, and shareholder and partnership matters. She has represented public companies, real estate developers, contractors, investors, and other business clients in high-stakes disputes involving financing issues, construction projects, and various commercial agreements. Sophie has extensive experience litigating before New York courts and in arbitration proceedings. She is fluent in Mandarin and is legally trained in both China and the United States. She is now promoted from associate to counsel.
