Burshteyn joins Forchelli Deegan Terrana as banking and finance partner

Uniondale, NY Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP welcomes Yuri Burshteyn to the firm’s banking and finance practice group as a partner. He will also be working with the firm’s real estate practice group.

Before joining Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP, Yuri served as a partner at Braunstein Turkish LLP in Woodbury, where he represented a diverse client base, including national institutional lenders, developers, prominent real estate families, and foreign investors, across all facets of commercial real estate. His practice encompassed commercial institutional and non-institutional lending, sales, and acquisitions. His experience ranges from assisting clients in selling or acquiring high-volume retail centers, multi-family buildings, office buildings, industrial spaces, triple net properties and the specialized development of data centers for Artificial Intelligence applications.

Burshteyn earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and his B.A. from Queens College.
