Rose Associates promotes Werner to managing director

Rose Associates, the New York-based full-service real estate firm, has promoted Robert Werner to managing director. Werner, joined Rose in 1999 and has been acting as a portfolio director within the company's residential management division. "Rob's skill set encompasses all facets of property management and it's clear he's refined his talents over more than a decade at Rose," said Brian Peters, chief operating officer of Rose Associates. Having worked in residential building operations for more than 20 years, Werner has most recently overseen a portfolio of nearly 4,000 apartments spread among cooperative, condominium, cond-op and rental buildings.

KBD Group begins renovation of future headquarters of Seafarers International House in Lower Manhattan
