Romano of Metro Realty Services completes transactions totaling 21,020 s/f

Nick Romano of Metro Realty Services, LLC has been busy. He sold with co-broker Henry Proto of Industry One, two investment properties: 8,000 s/f at 60 Bell St. and 7,500 s/f at 70 Bell St., West Babylon to a private investor. He leased 7,200 s/f at 99 Marcus Blvd., Hauppauge along with co-broker Gary Shacker of United Realty to Advanced Plastic Fabricators. He also leased with co-broker Charlie Collier of Metro Realty Services, LLC 4,320 s/f to JM Performance Auto Repair Inc. who moved to 88A Johnson Ave., Ronkonkoma from 130A Belle Mead Rd., East Setauket.
