Island Associates successfully brokers 153,000 s/f shopping center consisting of anchor tenants Compare Supermarket, Suffolk County Health/Medical Services, Eckerd Drugs, Subway, Checkers and Fashion Mall on over 13.5 acres located at the Brentwood Rail Road Station at the corner of Second Ave. and Brentwood Rd. Roger Delisle represented both sellers and purchasers in this transaction. The site offers proximity to LIRR, Suffolk's 2nd businesses bus stop in Suffolk County at a light with development for a future pad site for restaurant use adjacent to the Ross Park (consisting of over 4 acres on newly design) with a walkway to the shopping center and LIRR. The purchase price was in excess of $15.35 million with over 97% occupancy at the time of sale.
