ROK Builders, LLC, the hotel construction affiliate of Roedel Companies, LLC, will remodel the lobby and public areas of the Hilton Garden Inn Poughkeepsie/Fishkill located at 25 Westage Dr. The project began on November 1st and will be completed in February 2014. The organization is implementing Hilton Garden Inn's "Project Grow" design standards, a company-wide initiative to update and ensure a consistent brand identity across all franchise properties. The renovations to the hotel will encourage interaction among guests by inviting them to relax and enjoy the Garden Pavilion throughout the day. A communal breakfast area, bar tables and signature seating will be installed to provide guests with a place to both work and socialize. Live interior plants and a garden cart will create a garden atmosphere and showcase the hotel's food and beverage offerings. Upon completion, the lobby will feature a new entranceway, flooring, furniture, signature pendant lighting, cabana draperies and artwork. "Hilton Garden Inn is an award-winning, value-focused and dependable global brand, and consumers recognize that," said Fred Roedel III, president of ROK Builders and partner of Roedel Cos. "The renovations we are making to the Poughkeepsie/Fishkill property will highlight its existing strengths and create an even better space for guests to interact, socialize and enjoy their stay."
