New York, NY The Marketing Directors, a leading, national development advisory and master property marketing and sales force that works exclusively on behalf of owners and builders, has promoted Sarah Rogers to project manager, according to Jacqueline Urgo, president of the firm.

Hired as a marketing coordinator in June of 2014, Rogers quickly adapted to her multi-faceted role. Through her hands-on-approach with architects, interior designers, and advertising agencies, Rogers has become an integral team member, taking residential projects from preliminary design and development to market. Exhibiting the utmost dedication to her clientele, Rogers has also successfully taken on the challenge to help lead sales and leasing teams across New York and New Jersey.

“Sarah consistently raises questions and thinks outside the box. She brings a unique marketing perspective to the luxury residential arena,” said Urgo. “We are very excited that she is a part of the Marketing Directors’ family.”

Rogers is currently working on the marketing of such prominent luxury rental properties as The Modern in Fort Lee, New Jersey, 393 West End Avenue on the Upper West Side, and The Alexander in Rego Park, Queens. She is also involved in a number of marketing campaigns for condominium projects including 49 Chambers, a Tribeca landmark slated to open in early 2016, 40 Trinity in Boston Massachusetts, and 12 East 88th on the Upper East Side.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology, with a minor in economics from Barnard College, Columbia University.
