Rogers of JF Real Estate brokers $625,000 sale of 12,200 s/f facility
Done Well Trailer and Body recently purchased the 12,200 s/f former Pipher Truck and Repair facility located at 7025 VanBuren Rd. for $625,000. Edward Rogers, senior vice president of sales and leasing at JF Real Estate was the agent.
