Everyz of Pyramid Brokerage's Syracuse office leases 6,700 s/f at New Countrymax Plaza in Cicero
The Northeast Academy of Martial Arts has leased 6,700 s/f at the New Countymax Plaza located at 5962 Rte. 31. The plaza has recently been remodeled. Other new tenants that have joined the plaza since the renovations include: Bounce Fun & More, S&K Returnables, Zoomba Roomba, Mark's Pizza, Stylz Etc. and Extreme Tanning. Bill Evertz of Pyramid Brokerage Company's Syracuse office brokered the deal.
