Rogers of JF R.E. brokers 3,300 s/f lease to Hummel's
Ed Rogers of JF Real Estate, a full service commercial real estate brokerage company, negotiated a lease with Hummel's Office Plus. Hummel's Office Plus recently relocated to 6731 Collamer Rd., an Oliva-owned property. The new 3,300 s/f space will accommodate their expansion needs.
JF Real Estate is a multifaceted real estate brokerage company based in central New York. Along with their affiliates, JF Real Estate provides a wide array of skills and services including brokerage, development, tenant & owner representation, site selection, space planning, architecture, design, construction, financing, and building management.
