John Maguire is the property manager of Rochester Technology Park (RTP), a 4.2 million s/f multi-use facility owned by The Tryad Group, of Brooklyn. Prior to his position at RTP, he managed the Rochester and Buffalo portfolio of office buildings for Syracuse-based Pioneer Development Co. He resides in Canandaigua with his wife Bonnie and enjoys motorcycling, playing music, and keeping track of four grown daughters. In 1985, he formed Kenrick Corp. as a full service real estate management company to provide management, leasing, and brokerage services to owners of real property.
