Meet the BOMA Rochester Members

John Maguire is the property manager of Rochester Technology Park (RTP), a 4.2 million s/f multi-use facility owned by The Tryad Group, of Brooklyn. Prior to his position at RTP, he managed the Rochester and Buffalo portfolio of office buildings for Syracuse-based Pioneer Development Co. He resides in Canandaigua with his wife Bonnie and enjoys motorcycling, playing music, and keeping track of four grown daughters. He is the incoming president of BOMA Rochester.Richard Aikens has 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. In 1985, he formed Kenrick Corp. as a full service real estate management company to provide management, leasing, and brokerage services to owners of real property. He is a licensed NYS real estate broker. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. He is also the incoming treasurer of BOMA Rochester.
