Rodriguez of Rodriguez Commercial Realty brokers $2.2 million sale of 24-units

 

 

Brooklyn, NY Erik Rodriguez of Rodriguez Commercial Realty (RCR) sold a 24-unit building in the Prospect Lefferts Garden neighborhood. The sale price was $2.2 million.

315 Fenimore St. (Block: 05039 Lot: 0065) is located between Nostrand and Rogers Aves. The subject property totals 16,080 s/f, built 60 ft x 79 ft., and sits on a 60 ft. x 100 ft. lot zoned R6. All 24 units are stabilized and are one-bedroom, one-bathroom.

315 Fenimore LLC was the buyer and the Phillibert family was the seller.
