Rockrose rents all 576 apartments at 200 Water St.

Open less than one year as a full-service rental property, 200 Water St. has already leased 100% of its 576 apartments. Located between John and Fulton Sts. in the popular South Street Seaport neighborhood, the 32-story luxury tower offers a wide range of amenities and oversized renovated residences. Rockrose Development Corp. credits the speed with which the property reached this milestone to its "spacious apartments at affordable prices in a coveted downtown location," said 200 Water leasing manager Greg Brancato, noting that 200 Water's apartments are 30% larger than comparable units in new construction. Some one-bedrooms are over 1,000 s/f, for example, and two bedrooms can reach 1,500 s/f.
