What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? I founded NAI Friedland Realty in 1970. We are a dominant force in commercial real estate in the New York metro area. We are a member of the NAI group of companies, a nationwide network of premier real estate firms. Today, I am involved in five businesses: NAI Friedland Realty, Westrock Development, Shleppers Moving and Storage, and Kia of Old Saybrook, a dealership in Old Saybrook, Conn. I am also the owner and chairman of Sensible Car Loans, a bank that lends money to customers to finance the purchase of used cars. I am also in the process of building a desalinization plant in Israel.
