Rob Seitz 2009

Name: Rob Seitz Title: Agent Company: Goldschmidt & Associates Location: New Rochelle, N.Y. Birthplace: Buffalo, N.Y. Family: Married, 2 adult daughters (one looking for a job. HELP!) College: Masters in Interactive Telecommunications, New York University; bachelors in Communication, Boston University First job in real estate or allied field: Juggling several professions! Part-time commercial real estate agent; part-time university professor; part-time New York Real Estate Journal columnist, full-time marketing communications consultant What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? Goldschmidt & Associates has been a leading commercial real estate firm in Westchester County and the surrounding region for nearly two decades. I wanted to be an associate with Goldschmidt & Associates on account of Eric Goldschmidt's highly-regarded reputation as a fair and honest man. I have not been disappointed. Hobbies: Long-distance cyclist who needs to get back in the saddle while I can still remember how to paddle. Gardening with two brown thumbs. Volunteer firefighter in Larchmont. Persons you admire most (outside of family): People who are humble about doing great things and who are only looking to help out someone or some organization in need, without getting a pat on the back or a plaque for the wall. If you had to choose another vocation what would it be? If my wish to win the lottery ever comes true (although I understand that you have to buy a ticket!), I would like to be an anonymous philanthropist.
