RIPCO Real Estate welcomes Zaplin as senior associate with focus on retail leasing across northern N.J.

Elmwood Park, NJ RIPCO Real Estate said Matt Zaplin has joined the firm as a senior associate. He is based in RIPCO’s New Jersey office and will work with the firm’s New Jersey brokerage team’s retail leasing and advisory services representing landlords and tenants.

Zaplin joins RIPCO with five years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, where he has advised clients on commercial leasing assignments and market strategy throughout the New Jersey market. His work has included assisting landlords and tenants in identifying opportunities, negotiating lease transactions, and navigating the complexities of the market.

Prior to joining RIPCO, Zaplin was an associate with a global commercial real estate services firm based in East Rutherford, where he worked on commercial leasing assignments across Northern New Jersey and worked with brokerage teams on landlord and tenant representation assignments. Zaplin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Pace University.
