Manhattan, NY RIPCO Real Estate has promoted Beth Rosen to vice chair.
In her new role, Rosen will focus on mentoring and developing junior brokers, with an emphasis on building strong fundamentals in retail leasing and fostering strategic, big-picture thinking. She will continue to be based in RIPCO’s local office and will be responsible for expanding client proposals and presentations that support firmwide business growth, while advising on internal systems and processes to further strengthen RIPCO’s platform.
With 25 years of experience in retail real estate, Rosen brings a 360-degree perspective shaped by representing both tenants and landlords nationwide, working with REITs and institutional owners as well as national brands and local operators. Her client roster has included brands such as Apple, Gucci, Aesop, Swarovski, The Elder Statesman, Hanro, and Simone Rocha.
Rosen has represented landlords ranging from institutional ownerships to localized entities, collaborating with firms including Naftali Group, SL Green, Acadia, Brookfield Properties, Friedland Properties, Gordon Property Group, Intervest Capital Partners, and numerous cooperative boards throughout New York City.
“What excites me most is the opportunity to apply big-picture, strategic thinking to complex retail real estate challenges. While deal-making is always important, my greatest impact, and what makes this role a natural fit, is helping shape long-term outcomes through collaboration, perspective, and leadership,” Rosen.
Prior to joining RIPCO, Rosen spent more than 15 years at RKF. She remains actively engaged in the industry as a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and serves on the Retail Committee of The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). She is on the board of the University of Wisconsin School of Business and Real Estate.
“Beth’s promotion to vice chair is a natural progression of the leadership role she already embodies at RIPCO. She pairs exceptional judgment with a best-in-class roster of landlord and tenant clients, and she has a rare ability to anticipate market shifts while always seeing the bigger strategic picture. Beth elevates every conversation she’s part of — with clients and colleagues alike — and her leadership, particularly in mentoring our brokers and strengthening our platform in Manhattan, will have a lasting and meaningful impact on the firm,” said Mark Kaplan, president of RIPCO Real Estate.
The promotion reflects RIPCO’s continued investment in senior leadership that drives long-term growth, talent development, and best-in-class advisory services across the retail real estate landscape.
