Nelson + Pope promotes Voorhis, DeLuca, DiBiase and Kern to associate partner

Melville, NY The Partners of Nelson + Pope (N+P) promoted Christopher Voorhis, PE; Joseph DeLuca, PE; Kyle Kern, PE; and Matthew DiBiase, PE, to associate partner.

These appointments strengthen Nelson + Pope’s leadership team. Each new associate partner brings specialized expertise that supports the firm’s long-term goals, including expanding multidisciplinary services, advancing key practice areas, and meeting increasing demand for resilient, sustainable, and high-performance design solutions. The promotions recognize each individual’s technical expertise, leadership, and continued commitment to delivering high-quality solutions for N+P’s municipal and private-sector clients. Together, they reflect the firm’s ongoing investment in professional growth and the next generation of leadership.

Voorhis, DeLuca, DiBiase, and Kern have each demonstrated outstanding leadership and technical expertise throughout their careers at Nelson + Pope.

Kern brings 18 years of experience in water and wastewater engineering, supporting the design and delivery of critical infrastructure projects.

DeLuca, with 18 years at the firm, has played a vital role in advancing transportation and municipal engineering initiatives for local and state agencies.

DiBiase contributes 11 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering, delivering innovative and efficient building system solutions.

Voorhis, who has been with the firm for 20 years, offers deep expertise in civil and site engineering, with a focus on site development, stormwater management, and waterfront projects.
