Riney, Shihadeh and Greenblatt of Marcus & Millichap secure $1.36 million sale

BROOKLYN, NY Marcus & Millichap, one of the leading commercial real estate investment services firms with offices throughout the United States and Canada, arranged the sale of 64 Stanhope St., a 3,127 s/f piece of land, according to John Horowitz, vice president- regional manager of the firm’s Brooklyn office. The asset sold for $1.36 million. Shaun Riney, Thomas Shihadeh and Daniel Greenblatt, from Marcus & Millichap’s Brooklyn office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Makan Mostafavi from Marcus & Millichap’s Encino office. “The ultimate buyer was procured from our Encino, California office with a purchaser who was in a 1031 exchange. The sale at $200 per buildable square foot south of Myrtle Avenue speaks to the strength of the market and the access to capital made possible by a national firm with significant reach across the US,” said Riney.
