RFR developed a dedicated art gallery floor at 980 Madison. The firm completely renovated and repositioned its 23,000 s/f third floor for occupancy by a group of art galleries. The art gallery floor leases are as follows:
* Yoshii Gallery: Current 3rd floor tenant, Yoshii Gallery is renewing and building a new gallery on the 3rd floor. The new gallery is under construction and Yoshii Gallery is expected to relocate and open soon.
* Higher Pictures: New tenant, Higher Pictures is relocating to the 3rd floor from their existing Madison Ave. gallery. The new gallery is under construction and expected to open soon.
* Adam Lindenman: New tenant, Adam Lindenman will be designing and building a gallery on the 3rd floor. The gallery will showcase a variety of artists. The gallery is under construction and expected to open soon.
