Resolution Real Estate oversees 10,000 s/f build-out of NHL Players’ Association at 350 West 31st

Manhattan, NY The construction management team of Resolution Real Estate, a member of NAI Global, is representing the New York City Central Labor Council, AFL-CIO in the construction of a new satellite office for the National Hockey League Players’ Association at 350 West 31st St. The NHL Players’ Association, which is based in Toronto, has leased a section of the NYC Central Labor Council’s 10,000 s/f, full-floor space.

In addition to the construction of individual offices, common work areas, and reception space, Resolution Real Estate is supervising the cable installation. The general contractor on the project is Gannon Vitolo Contracting, LLC and the architect is Spacesmith, LLP. The Acumen Group, Inc. is responsible for the installation of the cable run and Wi-Fi connectivity.

It is anticipated that the NHL Players’ Association will take possession of the space in early 2026.
