Resolution RE Partners to manage 251 West 30th St.

New York, NY Resolution Real Estate Partners LLC, a member of NAI Global, has been awarded the management contract for 251 West 30th St., a mixed-use property in the Penn Plaza submarket, bordering Hudson Yards. The 113,630 s/f, 16-story prewar building underwent an institutional-quality capital improvements program in 2016, which achieved a LEED-Silver Certification.

“We welcome the opportunity to take charge of this stellar boutique property,” said Anthony McElroy, Resolution’s head of asset management. “Because we already manage several buildings in the area, we understand the dynamics of the physical plant of the property, as well as the diverse tenant sectors attracted to leasing their offices here.”

Building-wide amenities at 251 West 30th St. include a lounge with barista, yoga/work-out room, three full baths with showers, and secure bike storage area. Other tenants in the building include Industrious, Sinequa, Cloudflare, Jupiter Intelligence, and global architecture firm Greenberg Farrow. The building was previously managed by CBRE.
