Rejournal.com: Come see our improved calendar of events

We recognize the calendar of events as a key part of our site. It contains valuable information to help our users find industry related events quickly and easily. We put a lot of effort, trying to combine all the events we can find and suggest to anyone that has events we are missing to propose them to us. As useful as that part of our site was however, there was more to be desired as far as functionality goes. So we found it necessary to update that section both in terms of functionality as well as look. Without further ado, we are proud to give you our new calendar of events. You can find it in our "Information" menu, or use the direct link: http://www.rejournal.com/ny/sections/events/ Some changes you will notice: * Bigger size: We let the calendar take as much space as possible to make it easier to see events and how they fit into the monthly calendar. * Events names show on the calendar: You can see what events are on each day of the month, without having to look up the specific day. * Event preview: By putting the mouse over any of the events' names, you can see the details of that event. * Events details page: By clicking on an event, you can see the full event details. * Adding events online: Now you are able to propose your events straight on our website, filling in all the key details. We hope you find these changes useful and more user friendly. We encourage you to use the calendar as your guide of what is going on in the industry and by all means invite you to submit any new events you are aware of. There was a time when an offering memorandum (OM) was pretty bare bones, some photos, a few bullet points on income, and a rent roll thrown in at the back. That used to get the job done. Not anymore. In 2025, buyers are sharper, faster, and more selective. They’re looking

A fresh start - by Shallini Mehra and Amit Doshi

For the past several years, the New York City multifamily housing market has been defined by disruption. The combined impact of the HSTPA rent laws and a sharply higher interest rate environment has fundamentally reduced
