Raskob and Kaufman of the Kaufman Organization lease 7,200 s/f

The Kaufman Org. has signed a five-year, 7,200 s/f lease at 462 Seventh Ave. for Emerging Media Group, Inc. "The Emerging Media Group helps to build the brands of pharmaceutical and financial service companies as well as consumer products," said Barbara Raskob of the Kaufman Org. "Their business has grown, and we were able to provide them with the office space they needed to accommodate that growth." Steven Kaufman and Raskob of the Kaufman Org. represented the landlord, while Paul Walker of CBRE represented the tenant. 462 Seventh Ave., built in 1925, is a 23-story building in the Garment District. The 185,000 s/f structure features 24/7 access and a shared entrance with 470 Seventh Ave. Tenants include Geller & Wind Ltd., Winoker Realty, and InnerWorkings, Inc.
