Rand Commercial brokers 15-year 3,431 s/f restaurant lease to The Breakfast & Burger Club at The Town Plaza

New City, NY Rand Commercial executed a 15-year restaurant lease at 195 S Main St., located within The Town Plaza along the Main St. corridor. The Breakfast & Burger Club, a Hudson Valley restaurant that has operated in Nyack for the past five years, has signed a long-term lease to relocate and expand its concept.

The restaurant will occupy 3,431 s/f of retail restaurant space and is expected to open in late spring, serving breakfast, brunch, and lunch. The new location will allow the dining destination to expand its presence while continuing to serve customers from Rockland County and surrounding communities.

Rand Commercial represented both the landlord and the tenant.
