New Windsor, NY Rand Commercial announced the successful sale of the former Kaplan School property, including dormitory facilities, located at 621 Blooming Grove Turnpike in New Windsor, Orange County, New York. The 22-acre property sold for $9 million

The transaction was brokered by Paul Adler, Esq., SIOR of Rand Commercial, who represented the buyer in the sale.

Rand Commercial congratulates SVN Degan-Collins Commercial Realty, which represented the seller in this transaction.
