Rakow gets a Co-Star Power Broker Award from CoStar Group

Rakow Commercial Realty Group Inc. has been selected by CoStar Group as a Co-Star Power Broker Award winner, for being the "best of the best" in commercial real estate brokerage. The annual recognition program of the Bethesda, Md.-based provider of information/marketing services to commercial real estate firms in the U.S. and abroad spotlights the U.S. firms and individual brokers who closed the highest transaction volume in commercial property sales or leases. Rakow qualified for the Power Broker Award based on its total leasing transactions closed in Westchester and southern Conn. Its performance was measured against all commercial real estate brokerage firms active in its region by CoStar Group. "We are deeply honored to be chosen for the Power Broker Award.
