Rafinia Property Group signs 10,200 s/f lease extension with Family Dollar at 12115 Bellefontaine Rd.

St. Louis, MO Rafinia Property Group principal, Evan Rafinia has arranged an extension that will keep Family Dollar in place at the group’s St. Louis shopping center, through new terms of a ten year agreement. The arrangement between Rafinia and Family Dollar keeps the discount/dollar store in place at 12115 Bellefontaine Rd., through the year 2027.

The space is a 10,200 s/f big box with100 ft. of frontage, over 100 ft. of depth with 25 ft. high ceilings.

The store has been one of the highest grossing stores in the region and looks to maintain that status for the foreseeable future.

Rafinia said, “We are beyond excited to have come to terms with such a prominent tenant. Family Dollar has been a staple of our center and we are privileged to have them stay with us long term.”

This is one of many extensions, renewals and new leases done at this center this past year. During that time, Rafinia has increased the occupancy at the center from 69% up to 85%.
