Hydro Tech's greatest proffesional accomplishment was keeping a study pace of projects through 2010 and not downsizing the company. What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2010? We entered the first project into the NYC Brownfield Cleanup Program and had mayor Bloomberg announce the program at our project site. We also completed a New York State Track 1 Brownfield Cleanup Project. What predictions do you have for commercial real estate in 2011? We predict that government agencies will start offering additional inecentivies for brownfield remediation and green building What are some of your New Year's Resolutions? Keep the company moving through 2011 and continue helping our client take advantage of the many goverment program available to them.
