Racanelli Realty Services brokers two office leases totaling 15,732 s/f for Miller & Milone, P.C.

Racanelli Realty Services Inc. has brokered two leases for Miller & Milone, P.C. totaling 15,732 s/f. The deals include: * A co-brokered a lease with Ralph Guiffre, vice president of CBRE, Inc. for a 10,000 s/f office space located at 100 Quentin Roosevelt Blvd. Racanelli represented the tenant, Miller & Milone. CBRE represented the property owner, Serota Properties, a developer of first class retail, office and residential property in the greater New York metropolitan area. Miller & Milone relocated from their former location on Nassau Blvd. * A 5,732 s/f office lease at 49 Wireless Blvd., Hauppauge for Miller & Milone. The transaction was co-brokered with Jones Lang LaSalle. Racanelli president Anthony Racanelli represented Miller & Milone and Jones Lang LaSalle executive vice president and Long Island market director Raymond Ruiz represented the property owner.
