Racanelli Construction Co. completes project for The Learning Experience

Brooklyn, NY Racanelli Construction Company, Inc. completed an interior fit out of a preschool on behalf of the franchisee of The Learning Experience(TLE) located at 465 Pacific St. The project involved the fit out of several classrooms, indoor playgrounds, and bathrooms. The Racanelli Construction team worked with the customer point of contact, Frank Romano.

The 10,000 s/f, two-story building project involved demo work and concrete repairs, and utilized a range of building materials including structural steel, drywall, caulking, aluminum and glazing. The project team provided carpentry and drywall services, millwork, painting, flooring and the installation of an elevator, as well as HVAC, plumbing, electrical and fire sprinkler systems, and fire extinguishers. Also provided were TLE furnishings and window blind treatments.

The project was executed under a six-story condominium building which presented some construction challenges.

Serving on Racanelli’s project team for The Learning Experience project were: project supervisor Michael Matassa, project manager Vincent Barone, and assistant project manager Samantha Brandt.
