April 16, 2024 - Owners Developers & Managers

Brooklyn, NY Quadrum Global, a global real estate development and investment firm, has begun the first closings at The Huron, a two-tower condominium development located at 29 Huron St. in Greenpoint. The team also revealed a one-bedroom model residence by Vesta. The Huron is approaching completion and buyers are now able to close on the move-in-ready homes. Morris Adjmi Architects (MA) designed the interiors and exteriors of the towers with water and New York City views. Sales and marketing are led by SERHANT. New Development.

“We are extremely proud to announce the commencement of closings at The Huron, and the reveal of one our final model homes by Vesta,” said Jared White, managing director of Quadrum Global. “Buyers continue to gravitate towards Greenpoint, an enclave of Brooklyn known for its easy lifestyle, convenience, and exciting culinary scene. We’re thrilled that buyers can enjoy the best of The Huron including the views, outdoor spaces, sprawling amenities, and stunning finishes.”

The Huron offers 30,000 s/f of coveted private amenities and is adjacent to the promenade with playgrounds and landscaping. An 8,000 s/f private park and the Treehouse Playground are situated above a brick base that connects the East Tower and West Tower.

Additional passive and active recreation spaces for children include the Explorer’s Room, a children’s playroom, stocked with KiwiCo crates and kid’s furniture, and the Nook, a hangout with table games, TV and plush seating.

The model residence by Vesta evokes a sense of calm and sophistication as the overall palate pays homage to Greenpoint’s manufacturing history. There are mixed textures and modern paint colors throughout making the home approachable to a variety of tastes. The neutral aesthetic complements the flooring, stone, and millwork in the home. Even the mirrors were strategically placed to capture the moving city skyline and waterfront views.

Morris Adjmi designed The Huron to maximize permanent views of the city. The building’s shape allows for corner residences and many homes have private outdoor space. All apartments feature wide-plank European-engineered oak hardwood floors and ceiling heights of 9’5” and up, with most over 10’ and some as high as 14 ‘8”, and a VRF climate control system.

Kitchens at The Huron pair honed dolit marble with imported washed walnut wood cabinetry and Miele appliances. Select residences feature an inset marble waterfall island and wine refrigerators.

The model residence features a primary bathroom that connects imported honed natural stone tile with a custom white Caesarstone vanity top and matte black hardware. The secondary bathroom has blackened hardware and accent gunmetal fixtures with graphic white marble and deep blue textured tiles.

A 50 ft indoor saltwater pool infused with healing crystals overlooks the East River and Manhattan skyline through oversized windows and an abundance of sunlight. Wellness amenities also include a state-of-the-art fitness center equipped with Peloton bikes, a movement studio with full-length mirrors, a ballet bar, and TV, and men’s and women’s locker rooms with saunas.

Two rooftops on the West Tower and the East Tower feature impressive private outdoor amenity spaces with astonishing views, ample lounge furniture, commercial caliber BBQs, and a sprawling passive lawn. There will also be a Resident Lounge with a pool table, fireplace, and TV, a Dining Room complemented with a cozy fireplace and a catering pantry for entertaining, along with beautiful coworking spaces with pods, integrated booth seating, a TV, and a conference table.

The Huron will offer a 24-hour concierge in a dramatic arrival lobby with a desk made of pink Onyx countertop and woven leather, a package room with refrigerated storage, bike storage, and additional storage space. An attended parking garage on-site and a pet wash add further convenience.
