Pyramid completes 41,000 s/f leases at Stuyvesant Plaza, Buffalo

PriceRite Supermarket has leased the former Latina's Foodland space, approximately 41,000 s/f, at Stuyvesant Plaza, 250 Elmwood Ave. from Benchmark Development. The special mix of demographic urban population was a determining factor in the site selection process. This is PriceRite's first location in its Metro Buffalo market penetration. Arthur Judelsohn, senior executive director of Pyramid Brokerage Co., a Cushman & Wakefield Alliance Member, was the sole broker, representing landlord and tenant.
