Pyramid Brokerage Co. completes two sales and a 6,900 s/f lease

According to Pyramid Brokerage Co., the firm has completed the following three transactions: A 23,400 s/f professional office building located at 287 Genesee St. was sold for an undisclosed amount. Shaun Brennan purchased the building from Eaton Street Partners. Anthony Hathaway, Rick Brower and Michael Conley from Pyramid Brokerage Co. brokered this investment sale transaction. Mauro Glass Co. recently purchased the 1,560 s/f retail/service storefront located at 1112 Park Ave. Eaton Street Partners was the seller. Hathaway and Brower collaborated on this sale transaction. In a third recent transaction, a 6,900 s/f industrial warehouse located at 9 Lee St. was recently leased. LKQ Corp. has leased this property. Matt Pryputniewicz of Pyramid Brokerage Co. represented the tenant while Brower acted on behalf of the landlord in this lease transaction. Pyramid Brokerage Co. is one of Upstate's largest regional commercial real estate services firm with over 100 agents in 10 offices. The company's service lines include industrial, retail and office sales and leasing, marketing research and analysis, corporate advisory services.
