Pyramid Brokerage Co. arranges two leases totaling 31,000 s/f

Pyramid Brokerage Co., completed two leases in the Salina Industrial Powerpark totaling 31,000 s/f. At 1 General Motors Dr., Klein Steel Services renewed their lease and expanded from a 14,000 s/f to a 19,000 s/f industrial space. Alice Stremick, John Clark, SIOR, CRE and Paul Mackey of Pyramid brokered the lease negotiations. Also at park, Alliance Communication Cables leased 12,000 s/f. Lee Salvetti, Clark and Mackey of Pyramid brokered the lease. Pyramid is a regional commercial real estate services firm with over 100 agents in offices across the state.
