At 1 General Motors Dr., Klein Steel Services renewed their lease and expanded from a 14,000 s/f to a 19,000 s/f industrial space. Alice Stremick, John Clark, SIOR, CRE and Paul Mackey of Pyramid brokered the lease negotiations. Also at park, Alliance Communication Cables leased 12,000 s/f.
