PWC National to host golf outing on June 28 at Elmwood Country Club

On Monday, June 28, Professional Women in Construction (PWC) National will host the first of its two annual all-day golf outings at Elmwood Country Club. Golf prizes are awarded; non-golfers are welcome to "meet and greet" over cocktails and dinner. IBEX Construction president and CEO Andy Frankl, the event chair, said, "The PWC golf outings offer great opportunities for building business relationships in a relaxed, beautiful setting." PWC president Lenore Janis said, "Especially today, companies recognize the value of networking on the green." Sponsors for the event include Walmart Stores, Inc.; Manhattan Construction Co.; AON Risk Services, Inc.; Whitestone Associates; Altus Metal & Marble Services; and A. Esteban & Co. The all-day event begins at 10 a.m. with brunch; 11:30 a.m. shotgun tee-off; 5 p.m. cocktails followed by dinner (open bar). The golf package is $385 per person and also includes caddy fee and cart. Guests for cocktails and dinner only: $150. PWC is celebrating 30 years of furthering the advancement of women in the industry in 2010 and its 18th year of sponsoring industry golf outings.
