Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate brokers $900,000 sale
Prudential Douglans Elliman Real Estate recently brokered a $900,000 sale for a mixed-use 2-story building located at 208 Bedford Ave.
It is an excellent income opportunity for a restaurant and two apartments.
The listing agent was Bob Stark from Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate and the selling agent was Anthony Russo from Schuckman Real Estate.
