Prudential Douglas Elliman hosts grand opening of 73-unit Livmor Condominium at 301 West 115 Street

On February 23, Livmor Condominium unveiled a new level of luxury at 301 West 115th St. at Frederick Douglas Blvd. during its exclusive grand opening broker bash. Some of the city's top agents were escorted on building tours, meet and greeted Livmor's sales team and principals. "Livmor is fulfilling the dreams of first-time home buyers and families with its super livable spaces, contemporary design, abundant amenities and accessible prices," said Dawn Tsien, the executive vice president at Prudential Douglas Elliman spearheading sales and marketing for the development. "We're redefining the Upper, Upper West Side with a sophisticated new style of urban living." The 12-story building features 73 residences and 16 spacious layouts ranging from 808 s/f one bedroom to 2,104 s/f three bedroom homes. The Livmor was designed by New York architect Hugo Subotovsky.
