What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? As a principal at FXCollaborative, I provide leadership to many of the firm’s residential and mixed-use projects. The events of the past year have exposed a marked lack of equity in access to housing, services, and opportunity. Looking forward, I’d like to explore how our practice can leverage our expertise as architects to help reshape our cities to be more diverse, sustainable, and inclusive places.

One word to describe your work environment: Invigorating

Rules to live by in business: Trust your instincts and stay true to your core values. Flexibility and the ability to effectively adapt to change are also very important.

If you could invite one person to dinner (living or dead, but not related to you) who would it be and where would you go? Ruth Bader Ginsberg, Supreme Court Dining Room. I remember watching her confirmation hearings with my dad as we talked about my future aspirations. She inspired me in so many ways.
