What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? Since 2005, I direct strategic planning and daily operations for the national window manufacturer which has five plants across the country. Our corporate vision is to be the premier fenestration manufacturer in North America. Founded in 1990, Crystal is well on its way. We’ve grown steadily and are now listed in the top 30 by Window & Door Magazine.
How do you unwind from a busy day? After work hours, getting to know our employees and clients better in a more social setting
