What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? After a very successful 25 years as a SVP at Sotheby’s International Realty, I founded my own firm, Pinkwater Select, in order to have the freedom to advise global investors and source the very best commercial and residential property for their portfolios. We then turnkey the property and resell at a significant profit; or we hold and improve strong cash flow returns. We have created partnerships with companies at the forefront of innovation in technology for real estate. We believe it will have a very large impact on this business. We will also invest in real estate that we can create the most value with. We foresee the property market shifting in terms of what will be developed next, and we are ready.
How do you unwind from a busy day in real estate? On some days, I attend dinners and parties; on others, I relax with my twin boys, reading articles on relevant topics and watching The Voice and Empire!

Rules to live by in business: Your reputation is everything: once you lose it you can never get it back. Collaboration and generosity to your partner creates more success.
