As a non-profit lender, we provide stable capital (construction and permanent loans) to affordable and workforce multifamily projects in underserved and growing communities. We’re growing our permanent lending platform by adding new products through agency partners like Freddie Mac and FHA, focusing on the unique capital needs of small buildings which are the backbone of NYC’s communities.

Hobbies: Reading, hiking and travel
