What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? Currently the COO at SGW and focused on the continued growth and development of the company. Objectives for the company include a wider regional focus for property acquisitions and geographic expansion in the N.Y. area, continue our focus on existing product, and adding capabilities to further develop our business model to work in other asset classes, such as ground up development, retail space and health care facilities.
How do you unwind from a busy day in real estate? Spend time with my family, helping with homework, and baseball and football with my children.
