What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? I focus on designing concrete structures with complex geometry, such as the Vagelos Center at Columbia University. I also lecture at Princeton University. I enjoy giving back to the next generation of builders while honing my craft. A few years ago, I started a real estate investing company that rehabs distressed properties and holds them as long-term rentals, which has broadened my perspective of the building industry.
How do you unwind from a busy day? Spend time with my young daughters and try to see the world through their eyes.
