First job in your current field: I learned a lot working over the summer at a three-person engineering firm in Buffalo during college.

What your firm does now and its plans for the future? We’re a growing architectural and engineering firm with a fun and challenging environment. We have ambitions to become a national design firm. 

Hobbies: I’m a football referee in the Big Ten Conference. I’m lucky to be working with the top officials in the country and experiencing the passion of college football every week.

Favorite book: “The Boys in the Boat” by Daniel James Brown

Keys to success: Attract the best people and give them the freedom to use their talents and do what they do best.

If you had to choose a different profession, what would it be? Definitely something that gets me outside when the weather is nice.
