What your firm does now and its plans for the future? Upon being named managing member, I focused on expanding Rosenberg & Estis—in size and in the breadth of our practice. Our practice areas have expanded to include mortgage foreclosures, zoning/land use, the Fair Housing Act /Americans with Disabilities Act, lender practice, 421-a tax benefits, and construction litigation. We intend to continue to ensure that R&E is the best real estate law firm in New York.
