What do you do now and what are you planning for the future: I’m a licensed real estate salesperson through the Keller Williams office in TriBeCa. I work at Metropolis full time where I work closely with our zoning/code director to ensure my clients are getting their best deal possible, and views are not obstructed, there aren’t any open permits, violations, etc., for properties they’re pursuing. The same is true on the flip side – Metropolis’ has clients who are often looking for space, buildings, apartments, etc., and I put together opportunities to present to our clients. It’s a fantastic synergy and incredibly resourceful
