What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? I’m a commercial real estate appraiser, and also current treasurer of the Appraisal Institute’s Long Island chapter. I plan on continuing in the appraisal field and growing my business. I’m also looking to begin to invest in property myself.
How do you unwind from a busy day in real estate? I’m also involved in what might be the only industry more competitive than real estate – the music industry. I, along with my partners, have had music placed in film and TV. Although I don’t play venues anymore, I still enjoy getting behind a drumset when I have the time. Also, watching the New York Mets.
